All footings are designed for Bexar County, Texas 150 m.p.h. hurricane code, including optional surface mount footings and standard in ground buried concrete footings.

Most of our shade systems have only 4 columns, with no footholds, climbing rungs and most shade systems are over 10' high, far out of reach of vandals. Entire canopy replacement value is only about 15-20% of total; fabric is repairable, with repair costs as low as 5% of total replacement value.

Shade fabric can be cleaned with a mild dish washing liquid, a soft cleaning brush and the use of a low pressure water hose. We DO NOT recommend the use of high pressure water to blast the fabric clean nor do we recommend the use of any chemicals on the fabric.
